Copy a letter or a complete word

The labelled letter grid uses regular script. Choose Uppercase B to copy ℬ or Lowercase e to copy ℯ. Exact word example: Be → ℬℯ. The word previews above the grid also offer a separate bold script style.

  • For a single initial, locate its uppercase or lowercase card and copy it.
  • For a full name, use the input instead of assembling individual letters.
  • If clipboard access is denied, the requested result is selected for manual copying.
  • Check the pasted spelling, especially when ordinary accented letters appear beside script letters.

Why the alphabet contains different-looking forms

The mapping includes the special script characters for B, E, F, H, I, L, M, R, e, g and o rather than stepping through unassigned positions. Script and bold script are distinct sets. Their actual glyph shapes still depend on the displaying font.

What a copyable alphabet cannot teach

Unicode’s mathematics report discusses script letters as mathematical symbols. This page repurposes those characters for decoration. They do not provide pen direction, letter joins or a handwriting curriculum. Use a handwriting resource if you need to learn how to form connected cursive on paper.

Accented graphemes and unsupported characters stay unchanged in the word preview. The tool accepts up to 500 graphemes with an 8000 code-unit cap. Unicode documents missing-glyph problems; if a letter appears as a box, keep a plain-text alternative.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a printable handwriting alphabet?

No. It is a library of copyable Unicode characters with a word preview. It does not show tracing guides or stroke order.

Can I copy both uppercase and lowercase?

Yes. Each of the 52 regular-script letter cards identifies its case and has an individual copy button.

What happens to an accented letter in my name?

The whole accented grapheme is preserved as ordinary text. The tool does not remove accents to make a more uniform-looking result.
